2001 ford focus passenger door wont open.

When pulling the handle either inside or outside with doors unlocked it won t open. I try to unlock it with key i cant hardly turn the key but still remain lock and wont open. I can move handle but it open it remains lock. The safety door is unlock.

In order to open the door from the outside i have to leave the window open reach in and open it from t read more.
