Fix was applying silicone. Had a problem with floor mat getting wet. On a 98 you gotta take alot of stuff off to get to it air bag dash etc. I have a 2004 f 150 the driver side floor is getting wet i pulled back the carpet and found it to be coming from the hvac case sweating on the outside on the driver side.

Side front floorboard the lowest spot on the pass. At first i thought it was coming from the floor. Fortunately the issue has an easy solution. I am not sure why.
