2005 Ford Expedition Keypad Not Working

So 2 days ago my instrument panel quit working can t read gas speed nothing at all i changed every fuse i can think of it is a 1997 ford expedition i just bought it a little over a month ago please. 2005 ford expedition keypad not working.
