I m working on a cxu613 mack and it has no power to the ac compressor.

I got a 2003 mack vision w a 460 mack engine and a 13 speed. I done pretty much all of it replaced ac compressor reciever drier. System is charged but compressor clutch will not engage. Air conditioner compressor brand.
