2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Blend Door Actuator Driver Side

My driver side fan is.

All i was able to see was 2 actuators on the passenger side and 2 on the driver side. 2 weeks later same with drivers side. I took of the rh temp blend door actuator read more. The blend door actuator on passenger side is not working only blows cold air.
