2013 F150 Running Boards Not Working

I have a 2013 f150 platinum.

Is there a connector around the batter that i may have knocked loose. Since i did this both running boards just stopped working. Stand on the board and work the hinges back and forth whilst liberally spaying all moving parts with penetrating lubricant until moving freely. The driver side deployable running motor stopped working so i pulled the board off the truck lubricated all the parts and replaced the motor.
