2014 Ford Focus Passenger Door Wont Open

I have an intermittent issue with the rear passenger door on my 2009 flex limited.

It won t open from outside or inside. My 2014 ford focus se back passenger door will shut but not lock the lock part. I can lean against the door and hold it shut and pree the remote lock on my key and the alarm sets and al the doors loc except this one you can walk up to the door and just open t. The lock functions fine.
